Shipping Information

We want to make your with us as comfortable as possible, wo we have collect some important informations on this page.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs, showing on the checkout, including all costs for packaging, transportation and VAT.
For shipping within Germany we will charge a flat rate of EUR 2,90. All orders to delivery abroad will be charged with a flat rate of EUR 4,90.

Shipping Time
We ship every working day. All packages must be hand over to our logistic partner at 04:00pm. The regular running time let's expected a delivery on the following or next day within Germany.
If you are in hurry, please order early before, so we have sufficient time for producing and packaging. We will do the best to finish your goods before the deadline.

Logistic Partner
Our love locks are usually shipped with our shipping partners Deutsche Post (Goods) or DHL. Abroad it is possible that the Deutsche Post or DHL give your order to another, local shipping partner. Every one of our shipping partners allows you to track your order. Your order is always insured - this means, that in the rare case that your order is lost you will incur no financial loss and we will send you a second love lock.

Import & Customs
Orders within the Eropean Union are not subject for suctoms duties.
If you are order from outside, maybe the customs administration of your country charge some fees.
This fees are not object of our business and we have no control of the amount. Please ask the officials of your administration.

Packaging
We do not use any plastic in our packaging and we ship your order securely packed in wood shavings and cardboard or in a padded envelope.
